Contract Project Architect / Architectural Technician (3+ Months)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a Project Architect or Architectural Technician to join their team on an initial 3+ month contract, with an immediate start available.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work on residential schemes, with a particular focus on shared living and High-Rise Residential Buildings (HRBs). The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of projects and will be expected to hit the ground running.

Key Requirements

* Proven experience as a Project Architect or Architectural Technician

* Experience working on shared living developments or other High-Rise Residential Building (HRB) projects

* Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)

* Ability to work independently and contribute effectively from day one

* Excellent technical and coordination skills
