The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an established, independent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Central London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a strong mix of commercial, residential, education, healthcare, heritage, leisure, and public sector projects across London and the South East.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants more autonomy, stronger client exposure, and a clear route towards Associate level.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also support junior Quantity Surveyors, attend client meetings, and work closely with senior leadership on key instructions.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

A degree in Quantity Surveying, or a RICS-accredited equivalent
MRICS, or currently working towards chartership
Strong Quantity Surveying / cost consultancy experience
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Experience delivering projects from inception to completion
Confident with JCT contracts
Professional, commercially aware, and client-facing
Able to commute to Central London
