Associate Quantity Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative office in Winchester.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a key client-facing role, building strong relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and helping to secure an exciting pipeline of new projects while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Working closely with the wider team, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost planning and estimating activities, ensuring all outputs are accurate, commercially sound, and presented to the highest professional standard.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

MRICS or similar
Comfortable delivering projects independently
Experience working within a PQS / Construction consultancy environment
Sound pre and post contract experience
Client facing
Quantity Surveying degree (or similar)
£70,000 – £80,000
