Project Manager (Concrete Repair / Ground Engineering)
Location: Derbyshire (site based UK wide with occasional office days)
Contract: Full- time, permanent (40 hours/week)

We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead specialist remediation schemes abased in Derby on a permanent basis. There is a scope for a Senior Project Manager also, 

Key Responsibilities

Define scope, deliverables and success criteria develop programmes, method statements/RAMS, and quality plans.
Plan resources, supply chain and temporary works coordinate self?delivery and subcontract packages.
Prepare and manage budgets, CVRs and forecasts track costs and margins manage change/compensation events.
Produce and manage detailed schedules (MS Project/Primavera) and look aheads drive delivery to time, cost and quality.
Administer contracts (NEC/JCT), manage subcontractors, and oversee procurement and material call?offs.
Lead stakeholder communications: client, principal contractor, designers, temporary works, and site teams.
Ensure compliance with CDM 2015, EN 1504, permits to dig, confined space/LOLER, and site H&S standards.
Monitor progress, risks and opportunities run progress meetings, EWNs/PMIs, and submit clear reporting.
Champion best practice, lessons learnt, and continuous improvement.
About You (Preferred)

Proven PM experience delivering concrete repair, coatings/cathodic protection, resin/grout injection, ground remediation, geotechnical stabilisation or related civils projects.
Strong working knowledge of NEC/JCT, change control, and commercial management.
Excellent planning/scheduling, risk management and stakeholder skills problem?solver with a value?engineering mindset.
Competent with MS Project/Primavera, Excel and common PM tools.
SMSTS (or equivalent) and CSCS (Black/Gold) preferred PTS, Temporary Works knowledge, or Confined Space is a plus.
Understanding of CDM, EN 1504 methods, QA/inspection & test plans, and site H&S.
Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
