My Client is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor who can take ownership of projects from start to finish and become a key part of a growing, ambitious business.

The Role
*
Full commercial responsibility for your own projects
*
Cost management and reporting
*
Procurement and subcontractor management
*
Variations, valuations and final accounts
*
Client-facing commercial management
*
Working closely with operational teams
*
Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
What We're Looking For

Proven Project Quantity Surveyor experience
*
Ability to manage projects independently
*
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
*
Excellent client-facing skills
*
Self-motivated and proactive approach
*
Experience within construction, refurbishment or specialist contracting environments
