An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded main contractor delivering one of Central London's most prestigious high-end fit-out projects.
 
The scheme comprises an exclusive private members club featuring luxury hospitality facilities, premium office accommodation, high-end dining spaces, wellness facilities and exceptional interior finishes throughout.
Reporting into the Commercial Lead, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of this flagship development, working closely with the project delivery team and supply chain partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
 
This role would suit a driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next significant step in their career and gain exposure to a truly standout project.
 
Responsibilities

Managing subcontractor procurement and package administration.
Preparing and agreeing subcontractor valuations and payments.
Monitoring project costs and forecasting expenditure.
Managing variations, change control and final accounts.
Assisting with commercial reporting and cost management.
Supporting the project team with contractual and commercial matters.
Working closely with operational teams to drive commercial performance.
Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the client team. 
Requirements

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
5-8 years' post-graduate Quantity Surveying experience.
Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
Proven experience delivering refurbishment, interiors or fit-out projects.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Comfortable working as part of a site-based project team.
Ambitious, proactive and eager to continue progressing your career.
