Bid Manager
The Role
As Bid Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality PQQs, SQs, RFQs, and tender submissions. Working closely with operational, pre-construction, commercial, and senior management teams, you will ensure all bids are compelling, compliant, and submitted within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end bid and tender process.
* Review tender documentation and identify key requirements.
* Coordinate bid programmes and submission deadlines.
* Lead bid kick-off meetings and strategy sessions.
* Produce, write, edit, and review high-quality tender responses.
* Work with operational and technical teams to gather submission information.
* Ensure all submissions are compliant, accurate, and professionally presented.
* Maintain bid libraries, case studies, and supporting documentation.
* Monitor bid performance and implement continuous improvements.
* Support business development initiatives and framework applications.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Bid Manager, Proposal Manager, or Senior Bid Coordinator within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or rail.
* Proven track record of managing successful tender submissions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong project management and organisational abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
