This is a Permanent, Full-time consultancy position delivering cost consultancy services across education, residential and commercial projects while managing client relationships and project financial performance.
Responsibilities
* Deliver quantity surveying services from project inception to completion
* Prepare cost plans, budgets, financial reports and final accounts
* Manage procurement, tender documentation and contract administration
* Provide commercial advice to clients and project teams
* Support business development and regional service delivery
Requirements
* MRICS qualified
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* Two to four years' post-qualification experience
* Consultancy-based quantity surveying experience
* Experience across education, residential and commercial projects preferred
Salary & Package
* £60,000–£70,000 salary
* Annual profit share after 12 months
