Kenna Recruitment is currently on the lookout for a Construction Manager.

My client is one of the leading fit out contractors that operate across the UK and after a successfully project win, they are now looking for a Construction Manager to work on this scheme on a contract basis, for the right person this can lead to a permanent opportunity.

They are now seeking a Construction Manager to work on this scheme managing a commercial fit out scheme, this is a large scheme which spans across 250,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space, the project value itself is £175M in value. You will need to have a, CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work and have extensive experience working on commercial fit out schemes as a Construction Manager with ideally tier 1 Main Contractors on projects over the value of £50M.
