Job Title: Site Manager

Project: Gym Refurbishment

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a gym.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day running of the site.

* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.

* Ensure high standards of quality throughout the project.

* Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all health and safety procedures.

* Liaise with the client, suppliers, and project team as required.

* Keep accurate site records and provide regular progress updates.

* Ensure the project is delivered on time and within programme.

Requirements

* SMSTS qualification (essential).

* First Aid at Work certificate (essential).

* Valid CSCS card (essential).

* Previous experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects.

* Ideally have experience delivering similar gym or leisure refurbishment projects.

* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme
