Site Manager | West London & Surrounding Areas | £55,000 – £65,000
A growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects across West London and surrounding areas.
This role would suit a hands-on Site Manager who takes pride in maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations.
Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
Ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
Monitor programme performance and site progress.
Maintain high quality standards on site.
Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks.
Manage site logistics and resources.
Attend project meetings and provide updates.
Complete site records and reporting. Requirements
Previous experience working as a Site Manager.
Main contractor experience preferred.
Experience delivering construction or refurbishment projects.
Strong health & safety knowledge.
SMSTS qualification.
CSCS Management Card.
First Aid qualification preferred.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong communication and leadership skills. Benefits
