Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee and coordinate a programme of drainage alterations on a live retail project in South London.

This initial requirement is for Wednesday and Thursday evening shifts (5:00pm – 11:00pm), providing site management and supervision of specialist drainage works. However, this project marks the beginning of a 16-week full store fit-out, creating an excellent opportunity for the right individual to become a key member of the project team and provide ongoing support throughout the programme.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing and supervising drainage alteration works during evening operations.

* Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in accordance with project requirements.

* Coordinating contractors and subcontractors on site.

* Monitoring compliance with RAMS and company health & safety procedures.

* Liaising with the project team and client representatives where required.

* Maintaining site records and reporting progress.

* Ensuring works are completed efficiently with minimal disruption.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must hold current and relevant qualifications, including:

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

* Valid CSCS Managers Card.

* First Aid at Work Certificate

* Strong understanding of construction health & safety requirements

* Previous experience managing drainage, civils, refurbishment or fit-out works

* Experience working within retail environments is highly desirable

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
