Job Title: Site Manager – Full Store Refit
Location: Saltersgill, Middlesbrough
Duration: 4 Weeks (Starting Monday, 12th May)
Rate: £270 per day
Employment Type: Contract​
Role Overview:
We are seeking two experienced Site Managers to oversee a full store refit project at a retail location in Saltersgill, Middlesbrough. The project involves comprehensive refurbishment works, including structural modifications, interior fit-out, and compliance with health and safety regulations.​
Position Details:
* First Site Manager: 12th May – 6th June
* Second Site Manager: 19th May – 6th June​
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety standards.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
* Maintain accurate site records and reports.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.​
Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS certification.
* CSCS Managers Card.
* Asbestos Awareness certification.
* Fire Marshal training.
* First Aid at Work certification.
* Proven experience in managing retail fit-out projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.​
