QA/QC Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Freelance QA/QC Inspector to support a live fire remediation (recladding) project comprising four occupied residential blocks in Elephant & Castle.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and inspect works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and relevant regulations.

* Carry out routine quality inspections and maintain inspection records.

* Identify defects and non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and closed out.

* Review subcontractor workmanship and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.

* Support the completion of quality documentation, inspection test plans (ITPs), and handover records.

* Work closely with the site management team to maintain high quality standards throughout the project.

Requirements

* Proven QA/QC experience on façade, recladding, fire remediation, or external envelope projects.

* Strong understanding of construction quality management systems and inspection processes.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

* Relevant construction qualifications and CSCS card.

* Experience on occupied residential projects is desirable
