Candidate Profile:
– Educational Background: Degree in Building Surveying or a related technical discipline.
– Professional Credentials: MRICS or membership in a relevant professional body.
– Technical Expertise: Strong experience in Building Surveying, including project management, design, costing, and contract administration.
– Sector Experience: Experience in the retail and commercial sectors is highly desirable.
– Technical Skills: Familiarity with mobile data capture platforms and a strong understanding of elemental life costing and JCT Contracts.
– Soft Skills: Excellent specification writing and stakeholder management abilities.
– Consultancy Experience: Previous experience in a consultancy environment is preferred.
