A close-knit Quantity Surveying consultancy, with an enviable project and client list, is seeking a professional and client-facing Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a hard-working and dedicated team in London that delivers a diverse range of Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, and Project Management services for high-end private clients.

Initially, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support on luxury building projects alongside the Director, before moving into a more client-focused role, project delivery role after settling in.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Must have worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy
High end residential / private residential project experience
A good, sociable, professional, confident character

£35,000 – £50,000
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
2-3 days working in the office
