Our client is looking for an experienced Pre-Boarder Labourer to join a Housing Project in Durham (DH1)
Will be pre-boarder labouring on a new build home building and construction site.
The contract is for 3 MONTHS work
Working hours being 8am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
START DATE 13/07/2026
Can pay PAYE or Umbrella
Pay Range £15.50 – £18
Requirements for the Role:
A valid CSCS card
Previous experience pre-boarding on a new build homes site
Own PPE – high viz vest, hard hat and steel capped boots
Right to work documents
2 References to validate previous work in a similar role
