Location: Manchester City Centre
Duration: 20 Weeks (Phase 1 of 3)

Joshua Robert Recruitment is working with a respected contractor delivering a high-value fit-out project in central Manchester. We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the first phase of converting an existing office into a modern educational facility.
The Role:
Manage day-to-day operations on a live city centre site
Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely delivery
Ensure quality, health & safety, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with the wider project team and client representatives
Maintain progress through weekends where required (optional/available) Requirements:
Strong background in commercial fit-out and change-of-use projects
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified
Proven experience managing similar schemes from start to finish
Effective communicator and site leader
Able to work weekends as needed This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a flagship scheme, with potential involvement in Phases 2 and 3.
