Key Responsibilities
– Lead safe, on-time, on-budget delivery across the full project lifecycle
– Set and maintain delivery standards across the project and wider contract
– Plan, review, and drive contract programmes through to completion
– Manage client relationships and keep internal and external stakeholders informed
– Ensure risk assessments are in place, current, and regularly reviewed
– Establish operating plans that secure appropriate resources and materials
– Resolve operational issues and escalate business-critical matters to senior leadership when needed
– Drive all commercial activity, including gross margin, cost control, and key financial metrics
– Hold subcontractors to account on performance throughout delivery
Requirements
– Proven track record delivering HV multi-utility projects up to 11kV
– Solid experience in a Project Management role
– Experience delivering complex multi-discipline enhancement projects within programme and cost controls
– Strong stakeholder management skills, building close working relationships with clients and subcontractors
– Degree, HNC, or HND (or equivalent)
– Legal right to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
