Junior CAD Coordinator – M&E Design & Build (Office Fit Out Projects)
£25,000 – £35,000 + Hybrid Working (Up to 2 Days WFH)
We’re representing a well-established and growing Mechanical Contractor that specialises in high-quality office fit out projects across London. Known for their collaborative team culture and long-standing client relationships, they are now seeking a Junior CAD Coordinator to join their design team and grow within the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in M&E CAD coordination who’s looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll work alongside experienced design professionals and gain hands-on exposure to Design & Build projects, using both 2D CAD and Revit depending on the client and project scope.
The Role

Support the design team in producing M&E coordination drawings for office fit out projects
Work on a variety of schemes, from concept through to construction stage
Use both 2D CAD and Revit software, adapting to project and client needs
Assist with updating models, clash detection, and issuing drawing packages
Participate in design meetings and site coordination where required What We’re Looking For

1–2 years' experience in M&E CAD coordination within the building services sector
Competent in AutoCAD and ideally some exposure to Revit
Eagerness to learn and develop within a supportive team environment
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to take on responsibility What’s On Offer
