Building Surveyor – London

We’re partnered with a consultancy that’s actively expanding their London team and looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to support their continued growth.
  
This is a broad, client-facing role covering both commercial and high-end residential projects including new builds, refurbishments, and strategic asset improvements. You’ll work with a mix of private clients, developers, and investment funds, delivering a blend of professional and project-led services such as TDD, contract administration, feasibility studies, defect analysis and party wall advice.
  
You’ll have the freedom to manage your own workload, backed by a knowledgeable and approachable senior team. The culture is hands-on, collaborative, and built around delivering high-quality work with consistency and care.
  
What’s on offer:

£50,000 – £75,000 depending on experience

Degree qualified in Building Surveying (or similar)
Experience working specifically within the Private Sector, in a consultancy environment
MRICS or working towards
Strong technical knowledge across both professional and project work
Confident managing clients and delivering independently
