Field Service Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the construction equipment industry for an experienced Field Service Engineer to cover the South West of England.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and maintenance on construction equipment in a field-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

– Service, maintain and repair construction equipment at customer sites.
– Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
– Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
– Complete service reports and relevant documentation accurately.
– Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business professionally.

Requirements:

– Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer within the construction equipment or heavy plant industry.
– Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Full UK driving licence.

What’s on offer:

Full-time, permanent position.
£16.00–£19.00 per hour.
