Site Manager Required – Southwark Council Contract – Up to £55K + Van + Package

My client is a trusted principal contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment, maintenance, and new build services across London and the South East. We’re proud to be working in partnership with Southwark Council on a long-term housing contract, improving homes and communities while delivering excellent customer satisfaction and sustainable results.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to oversee residential refurbishment and improvement works across a variety of Southwark Council properties. You’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all on-site activities including subcontractors and direct labour

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

* Coordinate material deliveries and logistics

* Monitor quality control, site progress, and issue resolution

* Liaise with clients, residents, and council representatives

* Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and records

* Lead toolbox talks, inductions, and regular safety inspections

* Deliver projects in line with council expectations and resident satisfaction targets
