Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Dublin, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of project costs, such as cost planning and cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), implementing accurate cost reporting, and ensuring the financial success of each project. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to achieve efficient and high-quality outcomes while adhering to budgets and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Experience with BOQ and Cost Planning
- Strong Cost Reporting and budget analysis skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Membership in a professional body (e.g., SCSI, RICS) is an advantage
- Experience in construction and fit-out projects preferred
