What’s on offer:

Lead role on one (possibly two) large-scale residential projects, managing MEP packages ranging from £7m to £15m
Oversee the full project lifecycle – from pre-construction through to final accounts
Report directly to the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director
Manage and mentor an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Collaborate closely with main contractors, many of whom have longstanding relationships with the business
