M&E Quantity Surveyor

A young, rapidly expanding Quantity Surveying consultancy in London is looking to appoint a high-calibre M&E Quantity Surveyor at Associate or Partner level.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor's role

Joining a Partner-led practice, the successful M&E Quantity Surveyor shall primarily work on large-scale commercial projects with values of up to £750m.

The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will lead the M&E cost management function, ensuring projects progress efficiently while maintaining cost control throughout.

There is also a clear opportunity to build and lead your own M&E Quantity Surveying team within the practice.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor

Senior to Partner level experience
M&E Quantity Surveyor background
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
Able to lead the M&E function on large scale projects
Commercial / Office project experience would be a plus
Client facing
MRICS would be ideal, not essentialIn Return?
