A forward-thinking PQS Consultancy is seeking an intelligent, hard-working Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The Quantity Surveyor will work on multiple projects across a variety of sectors including, healthcare, education, residential and more.

The role of the successful quantity surveyor will have the combined responsibilities of a quantity surveyor, employers' agent and a project manager.

Project management experience
Employers Agent experience
Completed a Quantity Surveying / Construction related degree
Working towards MRICS
Pre and post contract experience
Driving licence and carIn Return?

£40,000 – £50,000
