Senior Quantity Surveyor

A respectable PQS Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on numerous projects across a variety of sectors including, Leisure, retail, residential and more.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to carry out the responsibilities of a Project Manager and an Employers Agent, whilst ensuring that they continue to mentor the junior Quantity Surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Employers Agent experience
Completed a Quantity Surveying / Construction related degree
MRICS (or working towards)
Project management experience
Great pre and post contract experience
Driving licence and carIn Return?

£60,000 – £70,000
