Site Manager
Site Manager – Greenwich – Must have Enhanced DBS
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a project in Greenwich.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team delivering works on a live school site. Previous experience working in occupied educational environments is highly desirable.
Site Manager Essential Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS Certificate (required due to the project being on a school site)
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
* Strong health and safety knowledge
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
Site Manager Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the site
* Manage subcontractors and site operatives
* Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to
* Coordinate site activities to meet programme deadlines
* Liaise with the client, project team and other stakeholders
* Maintain high standards of quality and site housekeeping

Start Date: 20/07/26
Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
