Qualifying Supervisor

Are you an experienced Qualifying Supervisor or Senior Inspector looking to join a highly prestigious, long-established M&E contractor in Central London?

We are working with one of the capital's oldest and most respected building services contractors to find an exceptional technical leader to head up their NICEIC compliance and validation pathways.

💰 Salary: £57,000 📍 Location: Central London (Office & Site-based).

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Act as the designated NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor for the London operations.

*

Review, inspect, sign off, and audit electrical certifications and EICRs.

*

Conduct periodic site audits across a premium portfolio of commercial, special, and high-end residential projects.

*

Deliver vital technical support to site supervisors, electricians, and apprentices.

🎓 Qualifications Required:

*

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent electrical qualification) + ECS Gold Card.

*

City & Guilds 18th Edition (BS 7671).

*

City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395/2391-52) Inspection & Testing.

*

Minimum 2+ years' experience in EICR, technical auditing, and compliance.
