Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy and growing Worcester office. From retail developments and commercial projects to historic buildings and cutting-edge life science facilities, no two projects are the same.
The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors and colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing all aspects of cost planning and cost management.
* Preparing tender and contract documentation.
* Procurement and contract administration.
* Valuations, cost reporting and final accounts.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a consultancy environment.
* Is commercially minded with excellent attention to detail.
* Enjoys managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
* Is confident working across multiple projects and sectors.
* Holds a relevant Quantity Surveying qualification.
* MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership) would be advantageous but is not essential.
