Project Scope:

Roof works
Toilet refurbishment
Window replacements
Internal refurbishment worksRequirements:

SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid at Work
In-date Enhanced DBS (Essential)
Previous experience managing school refurbishment projects
Strong health & safety knowledge
Excellent subcontractor management skillsThis is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with experience delivering refurbishment projects within a live education environment.
