Salary: £65,000 – £68,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Package
An established and highly respected Electrical Building Services contractor based in Bromsgrove is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Estimator to join its growing pre-construction team.

The Role
As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive tenders for a wide range of electrical building services projects, working closely with the commercial and operational teams to secure new business and support project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates and tenders.
* Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
* Complete detailed take-offs and cost analysis.
* Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
* Produce pricing schedules and tender submissions.
* Identify value engineering opportunities to maximise project profitability.
* Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams throughout the tender process.
* Attend tender and pre-construction meetings when required.
* Support project handovers to the delivery team following successful tender awards.
About You
* Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator within the Building Services or M&E sector.
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial electrical installations.
* Ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
* Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Able to manage multiple tenders and work to tight deadlines.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
