Senior Site Manager – Gym Fitout

Lambeth | Freelance | 6-Week Project

I'm currently looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced gym fitout project in Lambeth.

This is a 6-week programme, so you'll need to be organised, proactive and confident managing a tight programme while maintaining quality and keeping the client updated throughout.

The Role

* Managing the project from site set-up through to handover

* Driving the programme to ensure key milestones are met

* Liaising directly with the client and maintaining strong relationships on site

* Managing subcontractors and coordinating daily site activities

* Monitoring costs and making commercially aware decisions where required

* Ensuring all health & safety standards are maintained

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience delivering fast-track fitout projects

* Strong programming and organisational skills

* Commercially aware with the ability to identify and resolve issues

* Excellent client-facing and communication skills

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

There is a strong possibility of further work with the contractor following the successful completion of this project.
