Job Title: Site Manager – Retail Refurbishment (Whetstone)
Location: Whetstone, UK
Start Date: 12th May 2025
Duration: 4 weeks
Working Hours: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (may run over depending on program)
Project Overview:
We’re hiring a Site Manager for a full refurbishment of an retail store in Whetstone. This is a fast-paced project with a tight 4-week program, so we need someone who can hit the ground running.
Key Requirement – fast track retail Experience is Essential:
Only candidates with proven experience working on retail projects will be considered. Please do not apply if you haven’t worked on retail sites before.
Certifications Required:
* SMSTS
* CSCS Managers Card
* 3 day first aid
* Asbestos Awareness
* Fire Marshall
* Hot Works (can be completed online)
About You:
* You’ve successfully delivered refurb projects in a live store environment.
* You’re used to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
* You’re reliable, assertive, and confident managing subcontractors.
