Overview

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Estimator for a permanent role within our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced all-rounder with a background in service, maintenance, and installation of AC systems to transition into an office-based or hybrid role focused on estimating high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for air conditioning projects in high-end residential properties

Interpret drawings, specifications, and client requirements to create precise pricing models

*

Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and clients to gather information and ensure project feasibility

*

Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover from quote to project delivery

*

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the estimating process

Requirements

*

Hands-on experience in air conditioning: installation, service, and maintenance

*

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ideally within the high-end residential market

*

Previous estimating experience (please specify maximum value of projects quoted)

*

Strong numerical and analytical skills

*

Excellent communication and attention to detail

*

Proficient with MS Office and estimating software

*

F-Gas certification and valid UK driving licence (preferred but not essential if office-based)
