An established main contractor specialising in luxury residential refurbishments, extensions and high-end fit-out projects is looking to recruit an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering bespoke, high-specification residential projects across London.

The Role:

* Split between Twickenham office and London project sites.

* Working on a flagship 20-unit luxury residential refurbishment.

* Supporting projects from tender through to final account.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing quantity take-offs from drawings.

* Estimating, pricing and cost planning.

* Preparing subcontract enquiries and work packages.

* Procuring subcontractors and suppliers.

* Reviewing subcontract valuations and payment applications.

* Preparing contracts and commercial documentation.

* Monitoring project costs and producing cost reports.

* Managing variations and final accounts.

* Supporting commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.

* Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS.

* Main contractor background.

* Residential refurbishment or high-end fit-out experience preferred.

* Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

* Excellent communication and organisational ability.

Package:

* £50,000–£60,000 basic salary + perks
