Site Manager – School Refurbishment Project
Location: Coventry (CV2)
Start Date: Monday 27th July 2026
Duration: Temporary
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project in Coventry starting Monday 27th July.
The project will involve pipe repairs, radiator replacements, and general mechanical refurbishment works within a live school environment.
Requirements:
Previous Site Management experience within refurbishment / M&E works
Experience working in live environments
Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
Basic DBS required
Strong communication and organisational skillsRate:(negotiable depending on experience)
