Site / Project Manager – London / Essex – Residential

I am currently recruiting for a Site / Project Manager for a main contractor based in Essex & London to work on multiple projects ranging from £250k up to £1 million within sectors including commercial, residential and healthcare within London and the Home Counties.

Key duties will be –

Manage and assist with delivering projects operationally
Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Carry out site visits, progress reviews, and snagging inspections
