We are looking for an experienced Residential Site Manager to join a housing development in Four Marks on a temporary contract.
Requirements:
* Previous residential site management experience
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS Managers Card, and First Aid
* Strong health & safety knowledge
* Ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects to programme
