We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a project based near Chiswick

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong management background who is confident overseeing site operations while also supporting the team on the tools when required.

Key Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card

*

SMSTS certification (essential)

*

Proven experience in Redisential projects

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to manage trades, coordinate works, and ensure health & safety compliance

Role Responsibilities:

*

Overseeing day-to-day site operations

*

Managing and coordinating site teams and subcontractors

*

Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on schedule

*

Maintaining site health & safety and compliance

*

Assisting with carpentry work where required

Location: Near Chiswick
Rate: £225 per day (CIS) Plus overtime £31.25ph
Start: Immediate start available
