Key Responsibilities for the Senior Architect role:

Lead the design and development of architectural concepts, aligning with client goals, design standards, and functional needs.

Manage projects from brief through delivery, including site supervision, timeline control, and budget adherence.

Collaborate closely with internal teams—designers, engineers, and project managers—to ensure efficient coordination.

Present ideas to clients, provide regular updates, and incorporate feedback to meet their vision.

Use advanced design software (Revit) to produce 3D models and comprehensive architectural plans.

Apply sustainable design principles, ensuring environmentally conscious solutions throughout.

Qualifications for the Senior Architect role:

Prior experience in Middle Eastern or Hospitality-focused projects.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

Registered Architect or on the path to licensure.

Strong Revit proficiency.

Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and the construction process.
