A leading global real estate and facilities management business is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of projects across a portfolio of prestigious professional services clients.

Working within high-end occupied environments, you'll manage refurbishment and capital projects while building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working in client-facing environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from concept through to completion.

Coordinate contractors and consultants.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

Build trusted relationships with client representatives.

Produce project documentation and reporting.

Maintain high standards of quality throughout delivery.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience delivering construction or refurbishment projects.

Strong client-facing experience.
