• Conduct site-based constructability reviews and support remote PMs through FEL and define phases
• Monitor and report on schedule, budget, scope changes, HSSE performance and QA/QC milestones
• Review and manage permit strategies and ensure alignment with client Ops team
• Coordinate pre-commissioning, handover, and punch list closure
• Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders to minimise risk and enhance delivery certainty
• Act as a technical interface for issue resolution, risk mitigation, and resource planning
• Support project closeout activities including documentation, performance testing, and MOC closure

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in brownfield project coordination or execution, ideally within oil, gas, energy, or industrial environments
• Strong site knowledge and ability to navigate live terminal constraints with safety and efficiency
• Confident communicator able to manage stakeholders across contractors, consultants, and client teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of engineering deliverables, contractor workflows, and construction processes
• Experience in constructability planning, permit strategy, QA/QC, and close-out
• Strong working knowledge of project lifecycles from FEL to commissioning

What’s On Offer:
• £400–£450/day (outside IR35)
• Long-term rolling contract (initial 12-month scope)
• High-visibility site-based role within a flagship energy portfolio
• Opportunity to shape and lead delivery across multiple active projects
