Freelance Site Manager Required in North London

GVR Solutions are working alongside a well-established main contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join them on ongoing refurbishment and fit-out works on a healthcare project.

Project Details:

* Scope: Ongoing Fit-out and Refurbishment works on a healthcare scheme in North London – the project is a live environment so requires a level-headed manager that is also very client-facing.

* Start Date: ASAP

* Location: North London

* Rate: £280-£290

The Site Manager must have/be:

* Experience working on healthcare projects is advantageous

* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Site Management

* Ability to oversee day-today operations and subcontractors

* Strong health & safety awareness

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
