Engineering Surveyor

Engineering Surveyor required for a major bulk earthworks project in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established civil engineering contractor on a long-term infrastructure scheme, with an immediate start available.

The Role

* Setting out for bulk earthworks operations

* Establishing and maintaining site control

* Carrying out as-built surveys

* Liaising with engineers and site management

* Ensuring works are delivered accurately and in line with project specifications

* Using Leica, Trimble or Topcon survey equipment

Requirements

* Previous experience as an Engineering Surveyor on civil engineering or earthworks projects

* Competent with GPS/GNSS and robotic total stations

* Ability to work independently and as part of the site team

* Valid CSCS card

* Full UK driving licence preferred

* Duration: 6 months

* Rate: £300–£400 per shift (depending on experience)

* Long-term opportunity on a major earthworks package with potential for further work upon completion.
