Location: South Wales

Contract: Outside IR35 | Paid per survey | Ongoing | 

TSA Surveying are currently partnering with a leading building consultancy to recruit a Stock Condition Surveyor/ DEA for an ongoing project based in South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and assessments under HHSRS.
· Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
·  EPC assessments 
· Assess the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms.

About the Role:

Surveys will be completed using asset management software (tablet devices provided).
Complete 8-10 surveys per day.
Training on the software provided.
Outside IR35 paid per completed survey (houses, flats, and blocks).

Ideal Candidates:

Experience in stock condition surveying. ( a must)
 Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
 Experience in energy.
 Familiarity with the HHSRS system
 Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.( a must)
