Job Title: M&E Project Manager
Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary: £80K + Package
The Role:

Manage M&E projects from concept through to completion.
*
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
*
Prepare and manage project plans, risk assessments, and health & safety documentation.
*
Monitor project budgets, cost control, and forecasting.
*
Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors across mechanical and electrical disciplines.
*
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
*
Lead and mentor project teams.
*
Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and relevant mechanical and electrical industry standards.

The Ideal Candidate:
*
Full UK Driving Licence.
*
Strong background in delivering commercial and industrial M&E projects.
*
Experience managing M&E projects from inception to completion.
*
Good understanding of both mechanical and electrical building services.
*
Ability to interpret M&E drawings, schematics, BoQs, and BoMs.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
