Site and Project Manager groundworks/cut and carve asap

Experienced site and project managers are required asap for Central London sites, for a leading groundwork/structural alternations/cut and carve subcontractor.

Duties are typical according to the roles:

* Leading on-site activities

* Manage subcontractors and offer liaison between respective trades

* Assist in the delivery of works to programme time, budget and completion

* Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to and met

* Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike

* Oversee performance targets and quality control

* Identify, assess and action risks and opportunities

* Administer contracts and cash flow to final handover

* Act as commercial and contractual point of contact to clients and stakeholders

* Provide regular reviews into performance, standards, progress and budget

Applicants are required to have proven, solid experience working in a relevant specialist groundwork/structural alternations environment, as a subcontractor on large scale commercial projects.

In addition, excellent organisational and communication – written and oral – skills are required along with first-rate leadership qualities.

Possessing relevant SMSTS qualifications you be proactive, motivated and hands-on, and confident managing subcontractors, site teams and stakeholders alike.
