Senior Quantity Surveyor

MMP Consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. This role will focus on the commercial delivery of fit-out, refurbishment and residential projects, managing costs from pre-construction through to final account.

Location: London / East (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £100,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

* Commercial management of multiple fit-out, refurbishment and residential projects

* Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting

* Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts

* Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts

* Contract administration (JCT)

* Producing CVRs and commercial reports

* Managing commercial risks and opportunities

* Building strong client and stakeholder relationships

Requirements

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar

* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Strong background in fit-out, refurbishment and residential construction

* Excellent knowledge of JCT contracts

* Strong commercial, negotiation and reporting skills

* Design & Build contractor experience preferred
